I installed tensorflow 1.15 as the instructor, and when I use pip to install .whl, it raised an error that Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pycloudmessenger@ http://github.com/IBM/pycloudmessenger/archive/v0.7.1.tar.gz (from federated-learning-lib==1.0.6) (from versions: ) No matching distribution found for pycloudmessenger@ http://github.com/IBM/pycloudmessenger/archive/v0.7.1.tar.gz (from federated-learning-lib==1.0.6)

Thanks for trying IBMFL. Could you please try with newer version that we released recently. You can use newer version of tensorflow as well.
