Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice if RTM's Alerts supported unit formatting options and alignment options.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Add columns to layout items: type, units, align, digits, autoscale
Allow RTM Administrators to modify them
Support their proper display in Emails and elsewhere

Additional context

Its a nice to have and adds value to the overall solution.
