Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Most Cacti plugins that provide Email notification allow the user to choose a custom StyleSheet/CSS file to organize and brand their Emails. GridAlarms does this, but provides the user no choice in what format file to use.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make GridAlarms work like other Cacti plugins.
