Plan to fix in upcoming release.

Workaround:
Pass helm.version property with value 3.13.3 in the deployment location configurations.

Example:
driverNamespace: default
defaultObjectNamespace: default
helm.version: 3.13.3
clientConfig: |
apiVersion: v1
clusters: ....
