Add account reconciliation feature

I received the following message from our friends at HEV:

With the bank accounts that HEV tracks in BHIMA, Pharmacie Centrale, and a couple of bank accounts in Kikwit, is there a method of reconciling account statements that leaves a documentation trail like with QuickBooks? https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/statement-reconciliation/reconcile-account-quickbooks-online/L3XzsllsK_US_en_US

This kind of feature would be useful for anyone who has accounts outside of BHIMA and are trying to reconcile their accounting. As more and more institutions get access to banking, it will be even more important to have a clean interface for reconciliation.
