Menu option to clear index payroll data

In the Indexes > Multiple Payroll (index-based), the index data for each employee is listed. In some cases, it would be helpful to erase all the entered data and start over. The low-priority suggestion is to add a "Clear Index Data" function in the toolbar menu to do that.
