目前的广播功能只能全部群都广播，希望能像lssv一样加上-g参数，分群广播。

自己写了个功能

单独只给一个群发感觉有点像yobot的人偶功能，可以添加，不过不能叫“广播”了。
广播功能加一个-s service的参数，仅给开启了某些服务的功能广播，应该会更加实用。

管理用的命令有空再加吧，先把会战重做了再说（
