Add info on deployed jobs to the docs.

The file pages/docs/jobs.mdx has been created (currently only on the docs branch) to provide info about the jobs deployed to the individual Data Manager instance.
That information should be available from the /jobs/ API endpoint.
This is probably best handled as a table with columns for the job ID, name, description, category, collection, keywords (labels) and a link to the docs for the job.
Some way of filtering based on the main attributes would also be needed.

This needs some discussion. /jobs, like all endpoints, currently requires authentication. Should this page then require auth or should be make some endpoint not require authentication?
