Test I
In a LAN, we use a computer with i7-6700HQ to encode video and push to another 5 PC in this LAN. The upload speed limit is about 1.6Mbps, we use 300Kbps to record video and push to 4 PCs successfully but failed on 5th PC.
If use 800Kbps to record video, it can serve only one user.
