CR-10S PRO V2 the cooling button does not start the fan

Hi,
I have a CR-10S PRO V2, I see a bug since I switched to Tinymachines3d firmware, unless I do the flashing wrong. When I click on the Temp button, then cooling, I confirm by clicking on "yes", the setpoint temperatures are set to "0" and the fan button lights up, but not the fan, I have to click twice on the fan button so that the fan starts and/or goes to full speed (original fans).

Steps to Reproduce

To flash, I connect my printer and my pc with the USB cord, I use Xloader, Mega (ATMEGA2560), port speed 250000 and I run the 10SProV2_BIL_DW7.4.6.hex file (unzipped on my HDD). I copy the DWIN_SET folder (extracted from the compressed file "TM3D_Combined480272_Landscape_V7.7z") to my correctly formatted sd card. I unplug the USB cable, insert the SD card into the reader on the screen PCB and then turn on the printer. When the word "END" appears at the top of the screen, I turn off the printer, remove the SD card.

Expected behavior: [What you expect to happen]

Clicking the cooling button should turn off the nozzle and hotend heat and start or run the nozzle fan at full speed.

Actual behavior: [What actually happens]

The cooling button does not start the fan or put it at full speed.

Additional Information

If I do something wrong, could you tell me how to do it?

If not, would it be possible to fix this bug?

Same on my 10S pro V2. I have to cycle it off and on again for it to activate.
