🐛 Inconsistent Display of Delegated dRep Card During Delegation

Context

When delegating to a dRep listed in the dRep directory, the delegated card does not immediately appear. However, when the delegated dRep ID is searched, the card appears at the top. This leads to inconsistent display behavior.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect your wallet.
2. Copy the dRep ID of any dRep from the dRep directory.
3. Delegate to that dRep.
4. Observe the delegated dRep card (it does not display).
5. Paste the copied dRep ID into the search bar.
6. Observe the delegated dRep card.

Actual behavior

The delegated dRep card is not displayed immediately after delegation. It only becomes visible when the dRep is searched.

Expected behavior

The delegated dRep card should be visible immediately upon delegation and should display "In Progress" status during the delegation process.
