looks good because the configuration seems more reasonable than mosdns. but what future plan does we make, and why should users switch to mosproxy?

No plans for now. I currently dev this project for my persional demands.

why should users switch to mosproxy?

This is a different project, not mosdns v6. They don't have to / and can not switch.
