Time out

Hello,

I cannot run Anisotropy Correction of half-maps as it reports timing out error.

My command is:
spisonet.py reconstruct J131_010_volume_map_half_A.mrc J131_010_volume_map_half_B.mrc --aniso_file FSC3D.mrc --mask J198_mask.mrc --limit_res 2.5 --epochs 30 --alpha 1 --beta 0.5 --output_dir isonet_maps2 --gpuID 0,1,2,3 --acc_batches 2

it wil run like this:

after several minutes, it reported error:

I think still probably due to incompatibility among the python version, cuda version, pytorch version. Did you used the recommended environment to install?
