Register - Wrong Error Message for Matching Password

The user enters "123" as a password to both password sections, but the system shows the "You are using symbols in your passwords, or your passwords do not match." message even if there is no symbol in the matching password.

P.S.: I couldn't find it, but there should be another error message for unmatching or wrong format passwords. We should show a message like "the password you entered does not match with password rules."
