Quick Search Improvements

The quick search in the top right corner has some quirks:

1. If you have a space at the end of a name the quick search won't find the element (copy and paste for example). Should string trim be implemented?
2. Wildcards in quick search can be used, but aren't automatically appended and prepended like on full component search. This might be confusing to some.
3. Submit on quick search only ever goes to a specific component or shows none found if you try a search string that doesn't uniquely identify a component. Instead, the incomplete search should continue on the full component search page
