I want use outline as a proxy for Telegram, but if I paste ip / port to Telegram, it says that proxy isn't found. Is it possible to use outline as proxy ? If yes - then how?

Telegram would have to add support for this.

It sounds like selectively proxying only Telegram traffic may do what you want, but it would be configured through the Outline Client instead of Telegram. This is a long-standing feature request tracked in #887.

Would this suffice?
