Fall back to simple mode when the orchestream dies

The orchestream now has reconnect support, so it should be fairly easy to hook in there and give a callback that it's currently not working so the transfer should consider switching back into simple mode.

Not sure how easy/reliable it is to switch back into simple mode though.
