Mimic Base exports

Now that we have a variety of stdlib-like high-level wrappers, we should try and mimic Base wrt. what functions are available by default. For example, curand should probably be available without having to import CuArrays.CURAND (which maybe should be aliased to CuArrays.RANDOM?).
