Error when using `ReTestItems.jl` as a pkg dependency #147

    nested task error: LoadError: UndefVarError: `@testitem` not defined

    ...

To reproduce, clone the code at https://github.com/findmyway/DebugReTestItems.jl and then execute:

julia --project

(DebugReTestItems) pkg> instantiate

julia> using DebugReTestItems

julia> DebugReTestItems.do_evaluation()
