Client crash before opening

Hi - i know this isn't particularly to do with the emulator but there's no where on your dna site to obtain help.

I've attempted to run the client so i could poke around and test and get the following error regardless of how i try to run it.

The DiviniaRO2 client gave me this error, as does the client found here: https://danielart.com.mx/ro2/

Is there anything i can do to avoid this?

Add RagII.exe to exception of antivirus.
What OS are you using?

Added as an exception, same issue occurs.
I'm running Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview (Build 16232.prerelease.170624-1334)

I think it's because the OS.
It working fine on Windows 10 Pro Creators Update build 15063

Try to apply gg-killer. Under linux client does not start as well without applying gg-killer.
