All Gear Procs from any Equipment you wear does not work. At all.
(Does not add any major stats like Dex, Con, etc.)
(Does not add any P.def, P.atk, P.eva, or movespeed, etc.)
Gear Repair doesn't cost any amount at all.
Weapon Change Name doesn't cost any thing at all.
