8.2.2 : Keeping up with the Neighbours
Update release to keep the versions of uSync and uSync.Complete in sync.
This release mainly updates internal dependencies so that we can take advantage of the updates to uSync in 8.2.2.
Includes a fix for.
- Issue 10 rouge ancestor deletes showing up in publisher reports
- show content/media changes before settings changes in publisher.
- code to allow you to copy bin/app_plugins folders (if you really want, but this is experimental)

While this is the first release, we are keeping version numbers in step with uSync so 8.2 is 1.0
