Describe the solution you'd like
Add external tapo camera in my account into HA to control notification if i present or not.
So, i have a tapo camera at my camping with LTE connection. So the camera are not locally in the network. I would like to be able to add into HA to turn on or off notification with a automation base on my localization.

Additional context
The other thing to think is i dont want the camera talk continually with HA because they use LTE so data..
