How to Localize app for your language:

• Download a Copy of the Strings File
• Rename ItemStrings_en-US.xaml to ItemStrings_LocaleCode.xaml
• You can find LocaleCode here Locale Codes
  • Use LCID String Section
    

How to edit file

• Red box is where you edit the name of the item
• Blue box is where you edit the description of the item
• Do Not Change Anything Else
