"composer install" command missing in English README #16

The Japanese README has the "composer install" command but the English one;
https://github.com/KLab/emlauncher/blob/master/README(EN).md
doesn't.

The other compose commands are also missing:

curl -sS https://getcomposer.org/installer | php
sudo cp composer.phar /usr/local/bin/composer

The English README is too old than the Japanese one.
We'll fix soon.
