GL_KHR_vulkan_glsl: Does subpassInput type have a default precision in GLSL ES? #172

For now on glslang would report error when not providing precision to subpassInput. But whether the subpassInput type have a default precision is not explicitly mentioned in GL_KHR_vulkan_glsl.
