Error: error:0308010C:digital envelope routines::unsupported #315

When running the build process with yarn or npm on the MongoDB example I am getting this error:

node:internal/crypto/hash:80
  this[kHandle] = new _Hash(algorithm, xofLen, algorithmId, getHashCache());
                  ^

Error: error:0308010C:digital envelope routines::unsupported

I am running Node v20.12.1, NPM v10.7, latest version of Mac OS with M chip
