HTTP error messages

Items such as Q42, show the following error message:
The document linked by this URL is restricted and cannot be accessed (Error 403: Access Denied)
The last bit should be "HTTP status code 403", to stress that the error is given by the HTTP server, not ProVe. Only write what 403 means (in this case access denied, if you catered for all cases and use the official explanation of the error code (this may already be what the server send, just check).
