BUG: Bounding box misaligned to image with nonunit orientation matrix #702

Overview

Observed behavior where a sample with nonunit direction is not initially visible in the ITK-VTK-Viewer scene due to bounding box misalignment.

Steps to Reproduce

Drag and drop CCF v3.1 image atlas into ITK-VTK-Viewer

average_template_100.nii.gz

Observed Behavior

Additional Notes

Workaround: drag bounding box handles so that image is visible.
