wkhtmltopdf abandoned, what now ?

Since https://github.com/wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf is abandoned, are there plans to replace it with anything else ?

I think that eventually we need to move on to other projects. I'm currently dealing with a wkhtmltopdf and chartjs v.4 issue. Are not compatible. And I think downgrading any dependency could lead to more issues in the future.

Hi @mitgath, thank you for your message. We are currently considering a rewrite of Snappy to be able to use other binaries than wkhtmltopdf (e.g. using a headless Chrome).
