Changelog for releases

Hi! It would be great if you could add a changelog and/or upgrade instructions for a release. I'm trying to work out how to update and adapt to version 0.5 from version 0.4, and browsing the code is hard work! Thanks!

Which is the package you are working on ? I'll make some release notes (forgot there may be different downstream package that Makie ^^'), but I can also have a look directly.

We added support for LaTeX using MathTexEngine.jl to Luxor.jl v.3.4.0, and for version 3.5.0 we updated to v0.5.0. @oheil found the new struct defs after a search.

I think we need to rework our font support, which was always a bit hacky, since we're using Cairo rather than FreeType, and @davibarreira used both Cairo APIs to support some characters which weren't supported earlier.
