This issue aims to implement support for BackendTLSPolicy from Gateway API.

Acceptance criteria

  • Creating a BackendTLSPolicy referencing a Kubernetes Service in the same namespace changes the generated Kong Service accordingly so it satisfies the upstream spec
  • BackendTLSPolicy status is populated according to the upstream spec
