Add UI feature to read only selected data from ID

Currently, there is no UI feature to select which data is read from the ID and then used by the identity provider. Moreover, it must be reviewed which data should be read from the ID by the SDK. This is important because for production purposes each data access must be justified to get a certificate from the "Bundesverwaltungsamt".
