Medium 的文章在处理时，会保留文章的作者和Medium在文章标题中，建议去掉。

确实是个问题，也许需要对每个域名准备一个正则表达式来从title中抽取真正的标题?

写一个通用的处理器还是可以的。大多数的文章进处理器就可以出去了，黑名单机制，对于需要处理的域名处理即可。

应该需要针对域名做一些特殊处理
