Merge into rbxfs

There's a lot of duplicated ideas between this project and rbxfs.

I'd like to rewrite rbxfs in Rust and make it a multi-purpose tool with commands like:

• rbxfs serve - current rbxfs functionality
• rbxfs pack - current rbxpacker functionality

This would yield a good common base to write extensions against, like MoonScript transpilation as part of the syncing/installer building process.
