👋 Hi! Thanks for your code, and I have a question to confirm.
When you used chexpert-labeler to get chexpert_labeled.csv, did you proofread the result?
In the classification results of IU Xray, I found that there are many cases' results may be wrong, such as:
The heart and lungs have XXXX XXXX in the interval. Both lungs are clear and expanded.
Heart and mediastinum normal.
It seems that the classification result of 'Cardiomegaly' cannot be obtained from this report. Will this lead to inaccurate results and how do you process this?
Thank you in advance, I am looking forward to hearing from you.

hi,I'm running the chexpert-labeler, But encountered the following error message,Says that the punkt.zip archive doesn't exist(At this point there is the punkt folder in the tokenizers directory, I unzipped punkt.zip and deleted the zip file, leaving only the unzipped punkt folder)
Next, I put in the original punkt.zip archive, deleted the punkt folder, and ran the program again, and got the error message below, indicating that the program couldn't find punkt.zip
I'm confused about this, how did you handle it?
