Settings menu transparent background

Describe the bug

The settings menu has transparent background right after opening, until you click something in it.

How to reproduce the bug

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Start a new game
2. Open settings

Expected behaviour

The background should be opaque instantly

Hrm, that is odd. I can't reproduce in Firefox or Chrome. Can you tell me what browser you are using, at what version?

Google Chrome 85.0.4183.102 (latest stable), 64-bit. I'll check later if it could be some extension issue

Happens on Incognito. Sometimes the background just blinks a couple of times and then gets fixed, but sometimes it gets stuck on transparent until any option is clicked.

Sounds like a z-fighting issue or something? Not sure. It is some pretty basic CSS there so it shouldn't really be doing anything too crazy, but maybe it is related to the web components being used internally. I know there is an issue with the TTS drop-down and creating nested scrolling areas, so maybe it is related to that and might be fixable alongside.
