如题，有时候不确定某文件是不是在本机上时会用菜单里打开对话框输入指定文件名，如果指定文件存在的话，就打开该文件，如果指定文件不存在，希望直接创建该文件，当然了，如果创建了该文件后最后没有保存该文件的话，希望删除刚刚创建的该文件。
