This has happened while publishing the latest version of Lombiq.Privacy and Lombiq.Tests.UI too. An example is here: https://github.com/Lombiq/Orchard-Privacy/actions/runs/5753728233

In case this continues happening, I've added more detailed logging to the code. Coincidentally since that was included the problem seems to have went away (an mentioned here), but that's likely just a coincidence.
