Indicate blank lines and comments in string file

Show blank lines as separators and comments as disabled selections.

Those 2 functions should be put under a switch of default option and switches in every project, so that users can hide them if they don't need them in some project.

(I think "show translated strings" also need a switch to check them by default. but that's less helpful and seems not as important.)
