You have opened two issues with no information other than you are having trouble keeping Loop operating.
This is almost certainly a problem with your configuration and not something that needs a developer's attention.

No one can help you without more information and the information should be provided either on zulipchat or Facebook - whichever you prefer.

Please close this issue and #2251. Then start a conversation as directed in the LoopDocs links I've provided below.
