I have noticed that after a new Dash insert with G7, Loop does not feed pump or loop info to Nightscout until 2 hrs later. We get "Not Looping" in Loop Follow and no pump or loop pill info in Nightscout (15.0.2). Any ideas? Is this normal? Loopers phone seems normal. Pump pill in NS says "device undefined" and Loop pill has triangle with exclamation point. Issue resolved this latest time 2hrs 28min after pump change. Looper was on home wifi the entire time with no connectivity issues. This happens after every pump change.

Looking at the Loop Report, I see the end of one pod, all of the next pod and the first 2 hours of the final pod in the ## Device Communication Log portion of the report. I see nothing wrong with pod communications.

I also searched for gaps in Dexcom readings, they were coming in regularly.

Searching for Loop Failure, I see the alerts of not looping for 20 minute, 40 minutes and 1 hour.
So the not looping started around UTC 2024-11-04 00:09 or 2024-11-03 18:09 local time.
The pod cannula was inserted at UTC 2024-11-04 00:01, just a few minutes before looping stopped.

At UTC 2024-11-04 01:09 I see Bluetooth off alerts - I'm assuming you were toggling Bluetooth to get the phone to start looping again.

I'm kind of puzzled as to why this is happening. Especially since you say it happens after every DASH change. Next pod change, observe the Looper's phone and make sure a green loop is resumed after the pod change. It's not a matter of not uploading to Nightscout; it's a matter of the Loop phone not looping.

This trouble-shooting page might help, but I sure did not see a problem with either the pod communications or the Dexcom communications.
