No matter the name I choose for the alias, it states it is a duplicate. This occurs with @enum as well.

Define an alias, with a completely random name
see duplicate-doc-alias warning.
Additional Notes
This isn't the biggest issue in the world, though it's stopping completion and annotations in some areas. I can easily disable the warning, but would like to know if I have actually accidentally duplicated something.
