Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would love an option to disable all engagement numbers because people are not defined by how many followers they have / how much their posts are shared. I want less bias in my social interactions.
Interaction counts are only hidden in the timeline, not in expanded view. There's no option to hide the followers/following count.

Describe the solution you'd like
The labels for followers/following on the profile page as well as boosts/favorites on expanded posts are already clickable. Just hiding the count would be enough in those cases, people can still get to the numbers if they want.
Follower count is also shown in search results where it might be useful to quickly select between duplicates, but they seem already sorted by relevance so I'd still hide it when that option is enabled.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Meditation / becoming a better person and not comparing people based on numbers / trying not to look at the count…

Additional context
There's an upstream issue in Megalodon and one in Mastodon, but I don't imagine those going anywhere.
