Describe the bug

If you have two people from different instances react with emoji of the same name from corresponding instances (so, you with :emoji1: and them with :emoji1:@example.com:), app will show only my reaction on both instances of the emoji showing

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get a post opened on two accounts from different instances
2. React with an emoji available on both instances
3. Hold down both emojis
4. Both show only my reaction, while the api response shows both of them

Does this happen in the official app?
