Right now, if a restore fails, the target might fail to reload. This may lead to closing Mod Manager, and reopening it, with the target no longer available, and no real indicator of why besides the logs.

It would be good to build a panel to list failed game targets and perhaps a way to manage cached targets, since that has never had a management system.
