Mod Updates: Don't show changelogs of mods that are currently hidden

Users are able to view a mod's updated changelog while it is hidden on NexusMods, which developers may want to avoid, especially before planned release dates like N7 Day.

The Nexus API provides 2 parameters when retrieving a mod that state its availability:
"status" and "available". The former says "published", "not_published" or "hidden" and the latter is a bool.

I'll look into this, not sure I will have time to backport some other fixes since my project isn't ready yet either. But thanks for the info, will definitely get this in at some point.

Adding on to this since it's related to changelogs: it would be great if longer changelogs by default were collapsed to only a few lines, with perhaps a "Expand" button to view the full text is desired. There's some changelogs that are ludicrously long and fill up the entire window which isn't a great UI experience.
