Print deviation

Hello all,

I'm experiencing deviations or step losses while printing. In this image you can see the deviations that i'm talking about.

After having printed this same part lot of times with different configurations, I found out what could be the root of the issue.
It seems to appear as soon as I activate the second extruder in the code. If I configure it with only 1 extruder, I can print this part a dozen times without issues. But as soon as I activate the second extruder in the code, the deviation appears on every print.

In addition, if I print in replication mode (Printing the same part with both extruders at the same time) the issue appears in both of them at the same time, the same number of times.

¿Have you experienced something similar to this? I'm trying to dig into the code to find what could be happening, but at this point I haven't made any progress.
