Add Consent-Screen for general T&S/Privacy-Policy of the MORE-App

We want to show the generic "Terms & Services" / "Privacy Policy" for the MORE App in a separate screen.

• The content (link) is hard-coded.
• Both, T&S and PP shall be also available from the study-info screen
• Consent shall be stored locally - ask only once.

Please use the following URL for "Terms & Services" and "Privacy Policy".
Since the app would have one checkbox to accept both documents, we decided to put them together in a single file.
