Follow up tutorial on creating a tile server

Again, when I have some time I'd like to investigate this further. This is probably targeted more at organizers than beginning maptimers.

There are lots of free cloud computing resources out there like OpenShift that might work well for setting up a tile server. I'm not opposed to signing up for a MapBox standard account at all, but this could come in handy for teaching.
